Welcome to our charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat on the New River in Belspring, Virginia, just a short 20 minutes from Virginia Tech. Situated right on the river, you can walk right out the back door and down to the river to watch the sunrise or catch some bass.

The main house features two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a plush king bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep, while the second bedroom provides a charming space with twin beds. A fully stocked kitchen invites culinary adventures, and the large dining table is the perfect spot for shared meals and family gatherings. For added convenience, a pull-out sofa accommodates additional guests. Adjacent to the main house is the “little house”, a private space offering a queen bed and a separate bathroom. The large deck is perfect to relax in with a hot tub that overlooks the New River. We have complimentary kayaks available for sploring the New River.
